Entry Requirements

Passport & Visa

Passport valid ≥ 6 months. Check visa exemption, VoA, or Thai e-Visa eligibility.

Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

Submit online TDAC (free) within 3 days before or upon arrival in Thailand.

Hotel & Return Ticket

Prepare confirmed hotel booking and return flight ticket for Immigration check.

Tropical warm climate (approx. 28–32°C). Light attire and umbrella recommended.

Electric Voltage & Plugs

Standard electricity is 220V, 50Hz (Type A/B/C). Bring universal adapter if needed.

Bangkok Time is GMT+7. Currency is Thai Baht (THB). Please prepare cash in Thai Baht (THB) for local expenses.

Recommended Arrival Airport: Attendees are strongly advised to book flights arriving at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). The conference venue and official hotels are located in East Bangkok, which is significantly closer to BKK (~16–22 km / 20–30 mins) compared to Don Mueang Airport (DMK, ~30–38 km / 45–60 mins).

Arrival Tips: Currency exchange (SuperRich) and SIM/eSIM booths are available right outside baggage claim at both airports. At Suvarnabhumi, SuperRich booth located on Basement Level (B Floor, next to Airport Rail Link station) offers significantly better exchange rates than regular commercial bank kiosks in the arrivals hall.

Conference Shuttle: Scheduled round-trip shuttles between official hotels and The Grand Fourwings Convention Hotel venue during conference days (Sept 30 - Oct 2).

Served Hotels: S Ram Leisure, Alexander, Dusit Princess, Novotel, Maple, and Thaya.

Zayn Hotel: Guests staying at Zayn Hotel arrange own transport (convenient walking distance to Hua Mak Station).

Registration Required: Attendees requesting hotel shuttle service must register through Local Services in advance.
